Yoga and Mindfulness Club
Mrs Roberts runs a yoga and mindfulness club on a Tuesday after school (3:30-4:30) for children in Key Stage 1 & 2. It is run in the Autumn term.
Children are able to relax, focus and enjoy learning yoga for beginners. The club is quite popular.
Rosa - 'It's fun because you can choose which yoga you want to do'.
Annie - 'I like it because it helps you calm down'.
Poppy - 'I think it's relaxing and calms me down'.
Fran - ' It calms me down after a busy day at school'.
Mrs Roberts - 'It's the only time of the week where I can slow down, relax and be in the moment!'
